The Bismarck was the most feared vessel of the Second World War. On her maiden voyage she engaged and destroyed the Battleship HMS Hood of the Royal Navy. Finding and sinking the Bismarck became a primary objective for the Royal Navy. Shown in magnificent detail are the German High Seas Badge and the Bismarck family crest, as well as the individual signal flags of the Bismarck's main turrets ? the Dora, Casar, Bruno, and Anton. This beautiful, mint condition print measures 11" x 17" and is personally signed and dated by the artist.
