Launched November 20, 1919 and commissioned August 20, 1921, the USS California was was sunk at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The battleship earned seven battle stars for service in World War II. The print shows a profile of the California in 1941 and another after her modernization. The USS California had main armament of twelve 14-inch guns. This beautiful, mint condition print measures 11" x 17" and is personally signed and dated by the artist.
